These Terms of Use govern the use of MaterialNeeded (the "Service") provided by Identic (the "Provider").

2. Scope of the Service

The Service provides online material and coverage calculators for construction, landscaping, and home improvement planning.

informational content related to measuring and planning.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Nature of Estimates

Calculator outputs are planning estimates only. They are not engineering advice, legal advice, code compliance confirmation, or a guaranteed bill of materials.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

entering accurate and complete measurements,
verifying outputs against supplier packaging, project plans, and local code requirements,
making final purchasing and onsite decisions independently.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for personal or business planning. You may not misuse the Service, including unauthorized automated scraping, interference with site operation, or attempts to access restricted systems.

7. Intellectual Property

The site design, calculator logic, text content, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

8. Availability and Changes

The Service may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure (such as hosting, analytics, email, or domain services). The Provider is not responsible for outages or failures caused by such third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service, including purchasing errors, project delays, supplier disputes, or reliance on incomplete/incorrect user inputs.

Complaints or notices can be sent by email to identic.help@gmail.com. The Provider will confirm receipt without undue delay and propose next steps.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. The Provider may restrict or terminate access in case of misuse or legal necessity.

13. Privacy

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

14. Final Provisions

Legal relations not explicitly covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes primarily by mutual agreement.
